Hello, I'm Renata
Originally from Latvia, I fulfilled my childhood dream of moving to Nantucket Island in 2001, with just $400 in my pocket and a job offer in the hospitality industry. Over the next decade, I established a successful cleaning company, one of the island's largest. In 2012, I ventured into real estate, first becoming a Real Estate Sales Agent and later obtaining a degree while working on Cape Cod. In 2017, I returned to Nantucket with my husband and joined Compass Rose Real Estate. By 2022, I achieved the title of Broker Associate with William Raveis Real Estate. I'm passionate about helping people find their dream homes, whether for rentals or as second homes on Nantucket. My background in hospitality equips me to understand my clients' needs, and I assist homeowners in preparing their properties for rentals. I'm a firm believer in Feng Shui and create a harmonious home environment. Outside work, I enjoy family time, travel, teaching my daughter, and practicing yoga. As the heart of my household, I love cooking and exploring new recipes for my family every day.

Originally from Belarus, Slava built houses all over the world before settling on Nantucket Island with his family. He began his career in Belarus, gaining popularity for his unique construction methods and receiving requests from around the globe. He started and completed projects in Turkey, Georgia, Russia, Abkhazia, and Canada. On the island, Slava worked for top builders like Robert Reed and Josh Brawn. Slava's detailed professionalism is recognized by many of his clients.
